Eden, Beverly Hills
Light, happy and informal. Those are the words that best describe Trip Haenisch‘s intention behind this project.
A 1959 modernized California Bungalow where the color palette was intentionally kept neutral to add splashes of color with vibrant artwork and furnishings. There’s a 1970s B&B Italia sofa from Mario Bellini, a 1971 Tomato Chair from Eero Aarnio, and a Mona Kuhn photo above the fireplace.
Maytor, Beverly Hills
This is a Mid-Century Modern Home brought into the 21st century.
Bleached oak flooring throughout with hinged doors connecting inside and out. A Royere sofa and chair, Tom Dixon pendant lights, Jeff Koons dog, Damien Hirst photo and Retna paintings blend into a collected look from different eras.
A Family Home, in Beverly Hills – California, that was moved from the nineteenth century to highlight this century’s day-to-day life with an impeccable combo of refined style and culture.
Sunset Capri, West Hollywood
This incredible bachelor pad is overlooking Sunset Boulevard in an Edward Fickett Building.
The entire apartment was restored for superstar hairstylist Chris McMillan. Inside, rough-hewn beams were added for warmth and a masculine, rustic feel.
