Vallarta House is stunning villa with breathtaking views over the marina and the Pacific Bay. This modern house project was designed by Ezequiel Farca + Cristina Grappin. The design studio created this grand residence thas is distinguished by the soft transition between architecture and landscape.
Located in the marina of Puerto Vallarta in Mexico, the house takes advantage of a beautiful view on the Pacific bay. The Mexican studio was responsible for architecture and interior design project. They modernized the space, creating moments of discovery throughout the home and took advantage of the home’s views, but always looking for the family’s need for privacy as well.
The modern house was conceived as a vacation oasis and provides every amenity one could possibly desire. The program is divided into two-floor plans so as not to interfere with the horizontality of the beach. The first floor contains the social elements of the home, whereas the second floor contains its private programmatic elements.
The use of natural stone and concrete walls create fresh spaces that dually provide passive cooling during hot seasons, besides this, the home’s striking green walls and rooftops insulate the house from heat and dually serve to integrate the house with the landscape.
