Masquespacio, a Valencia-based creative consultancy, has presented its freshest interior design project for the Albabel’s new restaurant in Picaña, a small Spanish town in Valencia. Antonio Ramirez was running his pizzeria Albabel throughout more than 20 years in Picaña when he decided to reach Masquespacio, having a desire to convert his beloved restaurant in a totally distinct one.
Being enthusiastic about gastronomy, Antonio had the goal to offer a new food idea that fusions the Mediterranean cuisine with some Andalusian from its personal roots and a sense of global elements.
For this new experience, counting with the assistance of his sibling Rafael he aspired to have a place in which he could feel like at home.

That way the current space for Albabel is unquestionably inspired by the Andalusian roots from their founders, through recognizable elements from the south of Spain like raffia, earth bricks, tiles, flowers and overall ornamental details.
The design attempts to fusion the most eclectic part of Andalusia with the elegance of their craftsmanship. Like common in several projects from this top interior designers, above the project combines a scent of explosive colors mixed with patterns that express the visual influence of the Spanish creative consultancy.
To be enlightened on the other hand is the application of olive wood fittings, including some chairs and stools made solely for the design project with the most common wood in the south of Spain.
